We own and operate a portfolio of residential flats in and around Shoreditch and Clerkenwell.

Our flats are within walking distance of Zone 1 tubes such as Old Street, Kings Cross and Angel.

They are situated in prime residential blocks and in thriving local villages with a multitude of amenities. 

We provide assured short hold tenancies (AST’s) for 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed flats. 

Our typical tenant stays for 4 years. 

The properties are neutrally decorated, fully furnished and provide high speed broadband.

We have a robust team of staff to deal with any maintenance issues and are members of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme. 

Our founders have been Shoreditch residents since 2005 and live locally with their young family.
